TERMS, CONDITIONS AND DISCLAIMERS:

• For purposes of these Terms, Conditions and Disclaimers, Florida Wedding Expo, The Engaged Expo, Your Wedding TV, Stardust Media Group Inc., and their respective owners, officers, employees, contractors, representatives, agents, affiliates, event staff, security, venue representatives, and authorized designees may be referred to collectively as “Event Management,” “YWTV,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
• By providing your contact information, registering for giveaways, submitting an entry form, or purchasing tickets to an event, you are registering with Florida Wedding Expo, The Engaged Expo, and/or Your Wedding TV. You may be entered to win ongoing giveaways listed on our website, social media channels, emails, and/or other promotional materials. If you attend a Florida Wedding Expo or The Engaged Expo event, you may also be entered to win event-day giveaways and sponsor-provided giveaways announced before, during, or after the event.
• By registering, entering a giveaway, submitting your information, or purchasing tickets, you may receive emails and/or SMS text messages regarding upcoming events, event updates, giveaways, promotions, special offers, wedding resources, and information from YWTV, our partners, exhibitors, sponsors, advertisers, and featured companies. Message and data rates may apply for SMS messages. You may unsubscribe from our email database at any time by emailing info@floridaweddingexpo.com. Please see our Privacy Policy for additional information, including how to opt out by mail.
• Selection of general and grand prize giveaway recipients is typically made from eligible ticket entries collected at the show and/or other designated entry methods. Event-day giveaway winners will be selected and announced on-site during the event unless otherwise stated. Winners must be present at the time the giveaway is announced and must claim the giveaway with the correct corresponding ticket number or other required verification. A valid government-issued ID may be required in order to claim a giveaway.
• Sponsor-provided prizes, certificates, credits, and giveaways are offered by participating exhibitors, sponsors, or promotional partners and are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by the sponsoring company. Some certificates, credits, discounts, or promotional offers may be redeemable only toward qualifying purchases, bookings, packages, dates, or services. Restrictions, expiration dates, availability, taxes, fees, gratuities, minimum purchases, blackout dates, and other terms may apply. Prize details, descriptions, restrictions, and approximate values are provided by the sponsoring company and are subject to change, substitution, or cancellation.
• YWTV is not responsible for sponsor-provided prize fulfillment, substitutions, restrictions, expiration dates, availability, product or service quality, or any terms imposed by the sponsoring company. Event Management reserves the right to revise how any prize, certificate, credit, booking bonus, or promotional offer is described in event materials in order to improve clarity and avoid misleading attendees.
• Show format, features, vendors, exhibitors, prizes, giveaways, speakers, fashion shows, entertainment, schedules, times, locations, layouts, and event activities are subject to change at any time at the discretion of Event Management, the venue, or other authorized parties.
• Exhibitor, sponsor, vendor, media, and promotional participation is subject to approval by Event Management. Unauthorized solicitation, promotion, sales activity, distribution of materials, photography, videography, interviews, or marketing to attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, or event participants is not permitted without prior written approval. This applies whether or not the person or company has purchased a ticket or gained entry to the event.
• Event Management reserves the right to deny, revoke, or terminate participation and/or remove any attendee, guest, exhibitor, vendor representative, solicitor, media representative, staff member, contractor, materials, displays, signage, merchandise, or equipment from the event premises for violation of event policies, venue rules, applicable laws, or conduct deemed unsafe, disruptive, misleading, inappropriate, unprofessional, or harmful to attendees, exhibitors, staff, sponsors, the venue, or the event.
• No firearms, weapons, or items that may be used as weapons are permitted at the event, except as expressly authorized by applicable law and venue/event management. All attendees, guests, exhibitors, staff, representatives, contractors, and other participants must comply with event policies, venue rules, security procedures, and applicable laws. Violation may result in denied entry, removal from the event without refund, booth closure, termination of participation, and/or referral to law enforcement.
• Event Management, venue management, and/or security reserve the right to refuse admission to, remove, or deny continued participation to any attendee, guest, exhibitor, vendor representative, staff member, contractor, media representative, solicitor, or other participant whose conduct is deemed unsafe, disruptive, unlawful, inappropriate, harassing, misleading, threatening, unprofessional, or otherwise inconsistent with event policies, venue rules, applicable laws, or the safety and enjoyment of the event.
• Participants may be required to leave the event premises without refund if they violate event rules, venue policies, applicable laws or regulations, or engage in conduct that negatively impacts attendees, exhibitors, staff, sponsors, the venue, or the event experience.
